Ace Chemistry Analyzer Proposal

One Year covering all parts, labor and travel. Also includes unlimited troubleshooting. Each ACE System is installed by Field Service Personnel and CLIA Compliance Certification is provided.

Post-Warranty Service, if selected, includes all parts, labor and travel for 3 service calls per year. Unlimited troubleshooting is available between the business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Schiapparelli Biosystems, Inc. also agrees to provide all upgrades to the instrumentation made available through software or engineering change orders that enhance the existing instrumentation as to performance, maintenance, or obsolescence. New generation instrumentation or options. when available. may be negotiated on availability, if desired. Extended Warranties and Service Contracts are available only at the time of instrument purchase and are payable in full, in advance. Current Service Contract pricing for the ACE is $6,720/year. Purchased in advance, it can be discounted and guaranteed over multiple years. Otherwise, service contract pricing can change without notice.

The ACE software for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) references ASTM standard E 1394-91: Standard Specification for Transferring Informatioin between clinical Instruments and computer systems. Specifications are available upon request.

The ACE Chemistry Analyzer will have at least 18 Open Channels available to the laboratory to allow for the use of other chemistry analytes. Capabilities already exist on the ACE to define up to 200 photometric tests and Schiapparelli BioSystems will aid the laboratory in adapting other tests, recommending other reagent manufacturers, or providing ACE references for non-menu tests.

Includes 3 and one-half days of training for 1 key operator at Schiapparelli Biosystems, Inc Fairfield, New Jersey. Tuition, manuals, room&board, and transportation are included. Additionally, a Quality Assurance and CLIA Compliance Manual will be provided for each institution.

Within 30 days of Purchase Order or Contract Acceptance. Freight prepaid and added to the invoice, unless otherwise specified.
